i was reading on an older thread that was posted a few years earlier on TDF that kaizen infoserve of kolkata refused to accept a psu for RMA without bill-do they adhere to this policy even now or do they accept items for RMA even without bill these days?

Needed Corsair RMA service two times and both the times only product was necessary but if you bought a product with very old manufacturing date then invoice is necessary for making the the warranty count from date of purchase - I think you got the point.

a friend of mine has a corsair vengeance 4gb ddr3 memory lying around that has been malfunctioning lately-he purchased it in 2012 but no longer has the bill-do you think he will be able to RMA it if he takes it to their kolkata based service center?afaik all corsair vengeance rams come with lifetime ie 10 yrs warranty.
