Ans:Yes. 19'' is better.

Corsair VS-350 has a single 8Pin CPU power connector instead of 4+4. So, that might be a problem for mobo with only 4Pin support. Better to go with VS-450.

Thats what Cilus Had suggested in his post. Do you want any other config ??? I Think the Config by Cilus would do fine But replace the PSU with the Antec one.

Seems to be a good option. But its serivce might be problem as Antec's service so not widely available.
