Buying nokia n8 from some online store?

Hello,
to all of you.
Firstly, thank you very much for all the advices some against N8 and some in the favour of N8, I have checked all the handsets that mentioned here like from Samsung, HTC etc, Actually I came across a post on the NOKIA discussion forum about the N8 : Nokia Support Discussions - My Nokia N8 is dead,can't turn on and can't chargi... - Nokia Support Discussions, I want to know that Is this thing also happening here in India?

^^ That problem was common in the first few lots of phones that shipped. Newer phones on't have this problem.

remember one thing that the processing of N8 is really very slow and it also hangs a lot,that same problem of nokia...I have experienced it...
so think before u buy it...
the only thing in that phone is camera n FM transmitter and nothing else...
