Hi,
I have a budget of just 8K +- 500. My requirements are:
1. Processor
2. MB
3. RAM
4. HDD
5. DVD R/W
6. Cabinet+SMPS

Please help me to build a CPU within this budget.

My suggestion:
* CPU: AMD AthlonII X2 245 -- 2.5k
* MoBo: Asus M4N682-M -- 2.4k
* RAM: Corsair DDR3 2GB -- 1.1k
* HDD: WDC Blue 500GB -- 1.7k
* Case: Generic case -- 0.3k
* PSU: Frontech 450W -- 0.5k
Total --- 8.5k
+
* OD: Samsung DVD-RW -- 0.9k
Grand Total --- 9.4k

No, other cheapest solution available under this budget.

But you have to increase your budget to atleast 11-12k to get a better config.
Also fill up the Ques. Template.

OP,
whats ur basic use..???
And what about the monitor???

This config is very good one. The mobo has nvidia graphics which can let you play occasional games like TOD, POP etc.
2GB RAM is just enough for these games.

A DVD Drive is required. But what to do your budget is so limited.

Better u wait for some time and save money...u should have atleast 11-12k to get good config..u will get better proccy + better mobo + branded psu + ur optical drive..a good quality power supply is must for any config..if ur generic psu burns after 3 months then what will u do?? It's better to get good psu at the start only..

^sometimes it works, sometimes not..there are many examples of generic psu working perfectly well for years and so do they getting burned..so better safe than sorry!!
