Buying acording to requirement

Hi, I need a new cell phone as my N72 got old and I'm a bit irritated with it.
I need a phone according to my requirements. I have no brand restrictions.

requirements:
GPS, very good messaging (preferably qwerty), should be able to read pdf (N72 also have this option)

[ 3G is welcome though not necessary, and camera above 2mp is much preferable]

I don't want to spend much on it.

from the Android party, its Samsung Galaxy 551. slide out qwerty. but in practical, its specs are little low compared to the Nokia. still if OP wants to try Android (bored with Nokia), theres one for him.
