Hiii Frnds...I am buying a Nokia cell fone 2day....

my budget is arnd 7k ...n i hve 2 buy only nokia..plss no suggestions for other brands....i have shortlisted followin phones....pls help me to select the best b/w these...as m nt able to decide b/w these

Nokia 3120 classic -- Rs 7150/-
Nokia 7310 supernova -- Rs 7600/-
Nokia 5220 xpressmusic -- Rs 7700/-

Also can consider Nokia 5310 xpressmusic ...i think its cost is Rs 8100/- ...

plssss help me to choose the best and value for money frm these...also gud battry backup, music n camera.....

okay. I pick 5220 XM over 7610 supernova.

bigger memory support, dedicated music controls, longer battery life (bigger battery), 3.5mm audio jack.

Don't understand why nokia is giving smaller battery for 7610 when it has 16M color diplay. 16M color display drains the battery.

^^ don't say that Nokia has good battery life. Battery life varies from phone to phone.

N95, N96, 6300, 7610, N82. For all these phones, battery life is not so great.

SE phones having bad battery life is myth. I do feel that SE and Motorola phones have much much better battery life when compared to current gen Nokia phones.

And SE's memory card is not costly now. You get 1gig micro M2 for 350-400 bucks.

ex:

7610 : 4hr talktime
5220: 5.5hr talktime
G502: 10hr talktime
W302: 7hr talktime.

G502, in my opinion is far better phone when compared to 5220 or 7610. Anyways, it's your choice.

G502 has better display, call quality, web browsing, battery life (almost double), looks, keypad, applications when compared to 5220 or 5310 or 7610.

G502 costs around 7.5k

You said you were ready to consider 5310 for 8.1k right.

G502 has good audio quality. You can easily get G502 + 2gb memory stick for 8.1k-8.2k and then sell your 2Gb microSD.

I think it's better to stretch your budget little bit you where are getting a much superior phone

For this price I would either recommend this or Nokia 5220 xpress music, nothing else.

I have used a Nokia 5220 xpress music which a non-techy friend of mine has whose priority was phone + music & not much camera. This is a good phone & its music orriented. Both G502 & 5220 are similar when it comes to 3rd party application, they take JAVA only.

Select among 5220 & G502. I prefer g502 due to its looks only cos from what your requirment is, Even 5220 is more then enough.

youneed to check the headphone type of G502. Most of SE headphones have a 3.5mm adapter.

w350i is okay kind of phone and it's display is not that good.

k550i is pretty old

If HPM-62 is the one that comes with G502, then you won't have 3.5mm jack.

i found dat g502 do nt have a 3.5mm jack....also no data cable in d package...pls confirm me for the data cable part of g502??? ..even no mem card in package perhaps for g502...?

neway....nw m thinkin abt these 2 only....plus i already have 2gm microSD and also 5220 has 3.5mm jack..also package includes data cable too in 5220 and 512mb microSD card....so sumwat inclined 2wards 5220....

g502 have got gud luks too as 5220...and hve 3G ...but rite nw..nt much thinkin abt 3G..

my mom has a 7310 supernova but IMO only buy it if you want looks and a good screen. my mom preferred it over 5220xm as 7310 shines a lot. i would prefer 5220 anyday as it has 3.5 mm headphone jack, dedicated music keys, better keypad IMO,you'll even get a memory card bundled with it.

go for nokia 5220..... however se g502 is also good....but i would rate the se k530i better for around 7k...dont go for se g502 coz lower end se phones are manufactured by Sagem....where as k530i is old phone and a hit..... personally speaking go for se k530i....
