build a mid-range pc for 30k

Hello my name is Mohit!!!
aftr a lng thnking m ready to get a new pc for myself...
My budget is 30-32k

I personally prefer intel over AMD as i had always used an intel processor...
so i dnt have any experience of AMD

but still i need your help in getting me a new pc...
i make u sure that m nt a hardcore gamer but would play games in my pc...

so frnds plz help me getting me a new pc with ur suggestions..


I got this configuration frm one of my frnd...

INTEL: CORE i3 530
GIGABYTE: GA-H55M-USB3
SEAGATE: 1TB BARRACUDA 7200 RPM
CABINET: (NOT DECIDED)
GPU: (NOT DECIDED) (DO I NEED A GRAPHIC CARD)???
DVD WRITER: SONY PROBABLY
KINGSTON 2GB DDR3 1333MHz

SO GUYS PLZ HELP ME... I WOULD BUY MY PC IN DECEMBER...
WAITING FOR UR REPLIES.....

Hi crazymohit. Refer the PC Buying guide Thread to choose a config for your needs. This one looks pretty good to me:

AMD Athlon II x4 635 @ 4.7k
MSI 785GM E51 @ 3.6k
Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 1.8k
MSI HD5750 @ 7.3k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12 @ 1.8k
LG 22X SATA DVD @ 0.9k
FSP saga II 500W @ 2.1k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k
DELL S2009W 20" @ 6.5k
Logitech K & M combo @ 0.7k
APC 650VA @ 3k
Altec Lansing VS2621 @ 1.6k


Now amd is good for your budget and the 635 is immensely vfm than i3 530 so go for it. Now vendors may say that amd proccy's heat up but that is completely untrue , so do not listen to them. But if you are determined for intel then go for i3 530 with the h55 mobo. The rest of the config is unchanged.

change these:
1. HD5770 1Gb.
2. FSP Saga II 400W or Gigabyte 460W
3. any sub 1k speakers for now. to keep total budget under control.

the thing is that i am bit focus on my processor and mobo.... as i can change other things in future but wont be changing them...
so plz suggest me a gud mobo as well as processor.... thnx..
