yeah but 4th gen isnt worth it if he is buying a gpu,imho a 3rd gen + dedicated gpu should suffice and be a better deal in terms of power and price and turns out cheaper if he buys the gpu later

no need to go with already EOLed products. you will find difficulty in finding a motherboard ,say,after 2 years. so if something happens, then be ready to change both cpu+mobo.so always choose latest generation cpus.

yeah but lesser heat and same power + great price and even if u take the latest socket its very rare to switch to a new cpu on the same mobo, itll be time to buy a new pc by then
