Budget PC for under 50k

Hi,
I need to buy a budget PC for under 50k, primarily concentrated on gaming.
A few things:
-->i5 2400/2500k+HD 7850 or i5 2400/2500k+GTX 560Ti better?
-->I can always buy RAM later, but buying two seperate RAMs as in 4GBx2 as a set works better? or i can go for 4GB now and 4GB later?
-->Is an expensive cabinet required for heavy usage? if yes then the most economical cabinet.
-->Is a cabinet with a SMPS attached better or they have to be bought seperately?
-->Planning to Crossfire in the future, please let me know better option of graphic card.
-->How important is a cooler?

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Heavy Gaming, Movies in HD, 24x7 Operation, Photoshop, Programming and Web Designing.
Games include: Crysis 3, BF3, FarCry series, Dirt3.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:INR 50k at most 55k not more than that

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: In the future, maybe.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: Currently have 2TB Portable, so a 500GB will do if it can bring down the costs.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Preferably 23 inch, but if there is not much difference in a 22inch then fine with that.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In another week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Built Before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Electronics Market, S.P Road, Bangalore

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Confused between HD 7850 and GTX 560Ti, also i5 2500k or 2400k.

Thanks for the quick response.
A few doubts, i've read that 2nd gen i.e 2500k is more reliable in a few forums, is 3470 any good? considering i may not overclock in the future?
Again is it advisable to buy 4GB of RipjawsX ram at a time or better i buy the 4gbx2 without worrying about money?
HP i1230 is what?

As per my budgets this will shoot up since i have to include speakers, keyboard, mouse, dvd writer, ups.
a little sceptical about this

You cant overclock Intel at that budget and still have a balanced system. Better go for a non K processor and a HD 7870.

-->i5 2400/2500k+HD 7850 or i5 2400/2500k+GTX 560Ti better?
GPU: 7850 or above(if it fits the budget). Overclocking will stretch your budget and compromise on other items. Opt for it only if you are sure.

-->I can always buy RAM later, but buying two seperate RAMs as in 4GBx2 as a set works better? or i can go for 4GB now and 4GB later?
The extra performance due to dual channel is very small. Take the rams at your convenience starting with a min of 4gb

-->Is an expensive cabinet required for heavy usage? if yes then the most economical cabinet.
A cabinet and psu will last the longest, so take the best you can.

-->Is a cabinet with a SMPS attached better or they have to be bought seperately?
Cabinet and smps is separate

-->Planning to Crossfire in the future, please let me know better option of graphic card.
I am assuming you gave a thought to both sli and cf before deciding on crossfire.

-->How important is a cooler?
If you are going to OC, a cooler is a must. Otherwise its a matter of preference.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Confused between HD 7850 and GTX 560Ti, also i5 2500k or 2400k.
A 560ti doesnt compare with a 7850. 7850 overclocks better and provides higher fps.
There is no 2400k. Opt for the newer generation intel processors

Well buddy if you are planning multigpu options in near future and overclocking options at a budget, then amd is your best bet.

Suggesting an amd fx 8 core based config below:

Processor - Amd FX 8350(4ghz) @ 12.5k
Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3 @ 8.7k (Supports SLI & Crossfire)
Graphics Card - GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD @ 14.5k
Ram - Corsair Vengeance 8GB CL9 1600 MHz DDR3 (8GB X 1) @ 2.7K
Hdd - WD blue 500gb @ 3.5k
Cabinet - BitFenix Merc Alpha @ 3k
Psu - Corsair CX600-V2 @ 3.9k
Monitor - Viewsonic Va2248wm LED Display @ 7.7K
Ups- Microtex 1kva - 3.5k
Optical Drive - Asus 24X DVD R/W SATA @ 1k

Total 61k

I overshot your budget by 6k but the components are well justified in building a gaming pc with overclocking options and future cpu support.
You can compare and check prices locally. The motherboard is solid and supports both sli and crossfire. Don't consider the 560-ti gpu as its obsolete. Gtx 660 that i mentioned is a tad expensive than 7850 but performs better. Its a factory overclocked gpu as well. Since you mentioned multigpu, you can sli by adding a second 660 later.

You can also opt for corsair GS600 psu by paying 500 bucks extra.

Alright I'm a little more confused than before right now :|
Shelling out more than 55k for the whole PC is not an option whatsoever, like i said before this includes everything.

Thanks for the replies, you guys have made more hungry :p

Let me make it a bit easier for you guys.
No Overclock, No Crossfire/SLi, need the best gaming rig for 50k, if not max i can extend upto 55k.
I can see the problem is arising because of the need for OC, so let me take that out completely.
and I've also read reviews that the i5 2nd/3rd generation outperforms the AMD 8 cores easily, will that be a good option then?

amd 8 cores have their advantage in multi core scenarios and their relatively low price.
If gaming has higher priority take the non-k intel proc suggested by The Incinerator

@ OP

In that case, incinerator's config looks really good. You can cut down on the monitor by going for viewsonic one or some VA panels by benq.
Just don't forget to add a decent cpu cooler coz intel's stock coolers are really substandard.

Something like this will also do since you won't be overclocking and stock temps will be in check.

COOLER MASTER CPU COOLER VERTEX 211P

Didn't suggest hyper tx3 as it will be unnecessary for non overclocking purpose.

You can also go for GTX 660 i suggested to further reduce the budget. It performs in between a 7850 and 7870.

I would suggest you to create a seperate thread rather than hijacking someone else's thread. Also, search for the build in the forum before posting your own thread as that will save you a lot of effort and give you a better idea if not an ideal system for your requirements.

As per comments i've fixed on this config, thanks alot! :)
But whatever i've checked on the internet is much more than what you've specified.

One more question, normal RAM would cost me 1k for 8GB but Crosair Vengeance/G.Skill RipjawsX for the same 1600Mhz would cost me 3k, whats the difference?

8GB is nowhere available at 1K, you're confusing it with 4GB 1333 MHz value Rams

My Acer Monitor has VGA Input and Dual HDMI, what should i use for the dual HDMI? currently using VGA and have a single HDMI Cable.
When i used the single HDMI cable my visible screen became smaller and was not stretching to the entire screen? What is the reason? It had disable all the monitor options of expanding.
