Please note..
I say that there is no fault from BSNL in their mobile TV..
Basically its a streaming and streaming need good bandwidth. I guess BSNL is just using regular GPRS class 10 hence giving around 49kbps at peak or either your phone is only supporting GPRS class 10.. in any case.. GPRS is not advisable at all for watching streaming video.
IF they provide EDGE class 32 or even GPRS class 30 then you can watch mobile TV properly (provided that your phone support such )..
