Off-Net call 1.5 per sec.

Aircel is now best

On-Net call 1 per sec.

Off-Net call 1.2 per sec.

BSNL doesn't know outside world...
Their office, their tariffs, their the best according to themselves...

And even employees come at 10. Go for lunch ~ 2hrs. Go for tea ~1/2hrs min and go asap to home...
So maximum 3-4.5 hrs working

It is really frustrating to go to their office, they keep broadband office in one corner of the city and mobile, landlines in another corners...

I get what the OP is trying to say, although, i am not clear about what On-net and off-net calls are.
