Best smartphone To buy between 15-18k

I am confused b/w htc one v or xperia sola or xperia u.
does they have any issue regarding lag or sluggish performance.
also recommend better alternatives in this range

I'm also having the same requirement for my relative.

Current pick is Xperia Sola. But in Chennai Universal they are asking 20k for that. I dont find that very worth. Just now i came acroos this LG phone. Optimus L7 P70

How good is it compared to Sony Xperia neo L and HTC one V ?

Can anyone suggest a best deal for Sola ?

Stay away from L7 P70 LG.
It has a super slow CPU.
