Best phone under 10,000?

What is the best phone possible under Rs. 10,000?It should have an above average camera and should be fully touch screen and the screen should be big enough.Also should be stylish.

Samsung Galaxy Ace. But have slow and old processor. Or Motorola Defy+ but camera is simply average. Else Sony Xperia Mini but touchscreen is just 3" but packs more power than Defy+ also.

1.Sony Xperia Tipo (announced on Sony site)
2.Karbonn A9/Spice stellar mi-425 (awesome but brand problem)
3.Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro (available on ebay for 9k)

Stay away from Ace please. The chipset which ace uses msm7227T is ancient and has no future at all. Rather get the HTC Explorer if you want to stay at 8k. It has a newer processor will be better suited for newer android flavours.
Above that the Xperia mini and the Defy plus are good choices. Of the two I'd get the Defy plus since its got a good community support and is rugged with a bigger screen.
If you are willing to spend a little more, you could get the Sony walkman live which IMO would be the best option bordering a little above your budget.

Sony Live with walkman is around 12k now ..If you can increase its a good buy

Live With Walkman costs around 12-12.5k and its a very good phone.
If you want something around 11k then you can get HTC Wildfire S.
And if you want to save your money and want something good in less amount then get HTC Explorer for 8k
