i am planning to purchase a mobile phone below 13000.it should have good processor speed ang good looking.i shortisted nokia 603 and htc desire c .....which is best among these???is there any other good phones in this range????

neither. Motorola Defy+, Sony Live With Walkman & Huawei X5 Pro. Pick from these.

Sony Live With Walkman a very good option for under 13k, Desire C is a good phone but it has a old processor so according to that it is having a bit higher price tag.
