Auto Shutdown after Firefox Downloads

I need a software that would shutdown my PC after my Firefox downloads get completed.

Scenario

File download from Rapidshare using Firefox,
download complete,
cookies cleared and PC shutdown.

This is what I want. Suggestions please ?

Why dont u set a timer? U see the download time remaining and put a timer.
'shutdown -s -t convert_time_remaining_in_seconds'.

Use software like "auto shutdown" ... thts free of cost...
