okay am finding that IDM isnt working for the browsers on my Win 10 laptop, even though integration for opera, chrome (with extension) is enabled in IDM.

Its working fine in both Opera and Chrome. Have you tried to re-install IDM?
I use IDM on Win 10. Integration with FF works. I get the download bar with Firefox and I can download videos using it.

okay i didnt try it on FF i think. but it should work on chrome & opera too. will write to Tonec and see.

They guarantee 3 years of free updates then 1-2$ for updates per year, but its just a plan and they havent put any restrictions as of now ,so basically unlimited updates.
