Hii i want to buy a android phone within 14k
Shortlisted with Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini ST15i (Bravia display, HD Recording, 1Ghz CPU, 512MB RAM:razz:) or Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 (3.55" Display, 800Mhz, 278MB RAM:cry:)
Can you give some reviews about both (or any other comparable model) so that i can finalize it within next 10 days

check 2 more mobiles: Motorola Defy & Live with Walkman. if you are not comfortable with Motorola, check the latter one. its within your budget.

extend your budget and get a samsung galaxy R....... :)

and if you cant extend it then i think Sony Experia mini pro is good as it will be getting a ICS update.......

It was available on timtara for 15.5k after using a 2.5k coupon(but I heard people complaining a lot about timtara) and it was also available on ebay but the listing has ended now,the one which is now available on ebay is and imported handset and doesn't carry manufacturer warranty.

Yeah, it was too goot to be true! :)
The best deal is I found was in a mall, where it's selling for Rs. 18349 along with a Sunglasses or a watch of Polo club.
And if paid 3% of the bill amount extra, one more year of warranty.

STAY AWAY from Timtara, I have got my mobile after 45 days..Check out their facebook fan pages you will get it rest.

If you are going to buy a phone for around Rs.15k go for Xperia mini or Live with Walkman. Because I have seen people using low end HTC and Samsung phones and playing games in slow motion, poor battery and hangs quite often. Both the Sony phones mentioned above has got GPU to take care of graphics, HD recording and ICS update 2nd quarter of this year
