Btw: I have almost decided on the galaxy S2.
Where can i get it cheapest in chennai or online?
Cheapest i heard here is 30,500rs.
Should i wait for offers from letsbuy.com? i sent them an email asking when the stocks will be back..No reply so far.
Btw: I have two used options to choose from
HTC desire S(3mths used) for 18k
HTC incredible S(same) for 21k
Should i go for these?

having bought 2 used phones one advice : take your time to verify the cell, especially when you are gonna buy these expensive handsets. I had bought 2 cheap ones so not a big deal. Check each & every aspect & feature of the cell, especially the mic.

always always pick manufacturer warranty. It is better not to trust vendor warranty. if you can spend 30k, do check Sensation too. ordering online would be better (flipkart, letsbuy, infibeam etc) as you may get better price there.

if you are spending 20k look at LG Optimus Black. it ships with froyo but will receive gingerbread update soon.

also don't forget to look at Nexus S for same price.
