All my files and folders apper as shortcuts in my usb drive!!Is it a virus or usb fault

it's called shortcut virus. download malwarebyte's antimalware software (mbam) from its official site and scan your pc as well as your pendrive. it will surely solve your problem. there's another method using command prompt but that is not as effective as mbam.

No. But make sure you have autorun disabled to avoid trouble in the future.
