320 GB hard disk corrupted help!!

Hey guys, after one month i bought new system, now i had tried that disk and it got detected by operating system only not by BIOS this time here are some snaps!!!



is there any solution now????

is it even possible for OS a to recognize a HDD if bios can't detect it ! ? and you are getting a I/O error by merely accesing the HDD so I don't it's possible for any recovery apps to recover the data on that HDD.
