Sony Ericsson G900 / Nokia N82

Daytime shooting samples are more self-explaining. N82 gives you better contrast, sharp object edges, a crisper image and more natural colors, at times bordering on oversaturation, though the overall impression is better than Sony Ericsson produces, because of the latter's bleak and blurry pictures. The sick pink tint in which SE pictures often sink is still recognizable just like with K850i and C902, meaning that no effort was undertaken to improve the image processing routine – resulting in a very average camera after all.

Sony Ericsson G900 / Nokia N82

As you see, a regular LED flash can't beat the xenon flash of Nokia N82, the gap in quality is pretty dramatic.

SMAPE's opinion

Conclusions drawn from the analysis of the camera unit employed by Sony Ericsson G900 are rather ambiguous. The camera unit yields to Nokia N82 in terms of setting variety, photo and video quality, leaving the latter the absolute leader on this front so far. On the other hand, G900 seems to be a better option as long as the camera functionality / overall functionality ratio is concerned, which is on a level with the K850i flagship.

SEE THE YELLOW TINT EVERYWHERE. N82 PICS ARE MORE NATURAL

^^^^OMG..again a beta shootout..damn man..waiting for gsmarenas...
The photo which I've posted is from the Final G900 bought by some Swedish Chef.......

Well Krates is just trying to prove that its camera is nothing in front of N82......G900 is serving a completely different purpose. It ain't a camera phone. It is a Touch-screen Symbian Smartphone. And well to all the Nokia fans here, Nokia's Symbian S60 doesn't support Touch Screen.......

And considering the photo which I posted above, I think a G900 buyer will be satisfied by its camera performance. PS: And please Krates now don't say that its camera is poor, N82 rocks blah blah.....I was not comparing G900 with your favourite N82....I was just saying that G900's camera is fine though N82 has an excellent camera.

Ready To Rule !!!
I dunno elsewhere but atleast in kol..the k850 is selling like hot cakes..the cybershot brand is enough to sway most consumers...
Even I would have been one of those consumers if I would not have discussed here.
Still, the pretty design, music, battery & CS brand is enough for many to prefer K850i over N82.

unstable??copycats???SE coped from whom?? :O

i find SE designs to be the most innovative..not like nokia who keeps on using the same designs again and again..

talking about stability..the k850 has een a bit unstable as it is based on a new platform..dude..do ur research first...SE has the best 2 mp and 3.2 cam range...and an equal if not better 5 mp range...
please check before you post and provide examples to go with your post..

no way c902 would beat n82 ..

check what these guys have to say abt it

also , the reason se ruled in 2mp and 3mp cam department because of lack of serious competition .. just look at 5mp arena .. so may contenders ...and they lost to nokia ..and even samsung and lg is better than se.. and dont be surprised if the upcoming moto 5mp phone would beat se too..
