    Only half of the LCD screen working!

    today i switch on my old PC and saw that the TFT monitor isn't working anymore. it's a 15 inch screen. half of the screen isn't shown while the other half is working. could anyone tell me the approximate repairing cost for this issue? can it be repaired?
