Got the front mica changed as well today.

Screws. I avoid tapes as much as possible.

IMHO this is the best chair for 18/19k avl in India. I've tested chairs ranging from 6k to 1L (Featherlite/Steelcase/The Sleep company) nothing comes close to the value this one offers for 18/19k! I could not find one design flaw/cost cutting/cheap build/sharp edges/red flags in any of its parts.
