I was thinking of buying SII or One S but due to out-dated processor of ONE S(for indians), it is kinda removed from my list.
And today Samsung launched Grand with a whooping 5 inch screen but its has a WVGA capacitive touch screen

So which one will be better- SII, One S, Samsung Galaxy Grand or shud i save 4-5k and go for Samsung galaxy s advance?

You can consider the following phones(the cheapest prices are mentioned below)
Desire X- 16.5
Desire SV- 18-19k
Xperia J- around 15k( but I think Desire X is better at that point)
Xperia SL- 23k

Can say much about Grand as it won't be a good idea to comment on a phone that is not yet available in market widey and whose proper reviews are not available.

Get the S2 or One S depending on which one you prefer. Grand is nowhere near as powerful as S2/One S and has a low resolution screen.

It's not using Octa, wait till announcement ;). About the size though, my source got GS4 and another device mixed up.GS4 won't be note sized but same as Droid DNA and bigger than Z.

I do see a lot of Samsung fans dreaming about "Octa Core" chip in S4 (which is a FAKE first of all, its just Quad and not OCTA) but that chip is for Note 3. Would be great to see their disappointed faces on S4 announcement day :D

P.S. Not that it makes any difference though. Both are Quad A15 and not "octa" *cough*

Desire X and Xperia J are pathetic.. they are absolutely not worth the price you are getting them for

OP my vote goes for S2, or Galaxy Nexus ( if u can find without warranty)

One S is a very good phone buy not recommending that because it is no where available at a cheaper price, and where it is available they are charging a lot, it is a good option if it is available for around 23k.

I could be wrong but sony xperia sl has 720p display & outdated S3 cpu/gpu combo whereas xperia p has qhd screen, newer processor & mali 400 gpu so it should perform better in long run.

Err...
SL has more powerful chipset than P. :p
Significantly more powerful.

A friend of mine has Sony Xperia S running ICS. Once he was playing an fps game (I forgot the name) & it was lagging. Recently I was searching a video on youtube & there I saw a 10 min video of xperia p (title & description was in Urdu) in which the user played 5-6 graphic intensive games. One of those games was same that my friend played on his xperia s but it didn't lagged in xperia p at all. That's why I thought maybe adreno 220 is not good enought for phones with 720p display. BTW am not much into mobile gaming but is it possible to decrease resolution just like pc games to improve performance?

^ So ? that doesnt explain anything.. The user probably ran on some custom ROM or used some tweaks.. search xda for them, there are tonnes available that will make your fps much more smoother

Yesterday i visited a mobile shop (my uncle's) and asked for pricing of S2
and he said: "S2 to bahut poorana ho gaya hai.. wo kyun le raha hai"
and Galaxy grand was not available as it will be in market in 1st week of Feb so i am kinda confused again
And specs of S2 plus are almost same as S2 so is it worth waiting for it knowing the release date and pricing is not disclosed yet?

And sorry for not mentioning in above post that i will not go for any Sony handset.

Any particular reason?

I have a feeling that the chipset in Grand is gonna be weaker than the already proven S2.. its because, its not a samsung manufactured one but a broadcomm..
Its just speculations of course but a big advantage of Grand is that there is multi window option just like in Note 2 which is frikking amazing

Not that bad, that GPU(broadcom videocore IV), performance is all over the floor, sometimes its at the top, sometimes at the bottom, its absolutely inconstant: Samsung I9105 Galaxy S II Plus preview: First look - GSMArena.com

PS: Grand has the same soc as Glaxy SIIPlus, so you can read SIIPlus reviews to get an idea about Grand's performance, both are pushing the same pixels.

My overall view is that it sucks :D :D
