Finally got my GPU . Thanks to everyone for their support . Overall i am satisfied with the service .

Edit - Same problem . Monitor going to power save mode :/ while intel HD graphic is working fine . Is it safe to assume that the problem is with PCI slot/mobo ?

Congrats and about the issue test card again on a friends pc or test the motherboard slot with another gpu to make sure.

tested the gpu again at service centre . working Fine . Tested nvidia 8400gs , my pc is running fine . So i think motherboard is also fine . Must be PSU problem .
