Your GPU is weak for gaming hence I suggested this. Enough for you. I don't know about SSD so you can consult other members about that.

Why Gigabyte?

Do you absolutely need Z68, P67 does the job pretty well. An Asus P8P67-M would cost around 8k. At 8k HD6790 is the best you can get. CM Hyper 212+ is around 1.9k.

1. For motherborad you can change it to Asus P8Z68-M. Its availble for 8k-9k.
2. Consider getting a 1TB HDD these days.

Why Gigabyte?

1.I already suggested. Look carefully.

2.I don't know honestly.

3.There are no good ones.

4.Gigabyte..personal preference..although others are good..you can get asus for 8-9k

2. USB 3.0 front usb socket in my pc case

I'm not aware of the latest SD prices but IIRC 60gb SSD was for 6k

and GTX 550Ti is around 9.5k but not recommended
if you want to spend that much on amount on gfx card then you must go for MSI HD 6850 power edition @ 9.5k<--bang for the buck
