2. When I do by clicking Start-Find-Files or Folders, it appears a Dialogue Box (Find: All Files). In this place the options Column (as Named) there, the Files or Folders we searched for once are stored permanently. How to avoid such option, Sir?
In addition to the software allwyn mentioned, you can always download the TweakUI Powertoys from Microsoft for your OS and under Paranoia (PowerToys for Windows XP seems to have left this feature out under Explorer, you can only clear the Recent and Run histories) you can opt to "Clear Find History at logon". Alternatively, you can start regedit and navigate to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\ and under one of its folders, you will be able to clear the Find Files history.
This works for Windows XP, for other OSes you can do the same by navigating to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Doc Find Spec MRU and delete the files.
Note that these give you the option of selectively deleting the files you don't want instead of clearing everything out.

3. Is there any possibility of storage of any Files (in Word or Excel or Internet Files or websites saved by us) on any place in my Computer automatically that to even without my knowledge?
If its an Internet file you're saving, you can bet it will be stored in the broiwser cache, or more commonly the Temporary Internet Files folder under Windows (for Windows 9x/ME) and under C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
As for Office documents, they are never stored anywhere else in the place other than which you specify. However, if you download an Office document from the Web, you will find a copy of it in Temporary Internet Files. Also, if Office happens to crash with a document open, expect to find a .tmp file related to the document you were working on in the same location as the saved document.

4. I heard that any Files or others can be stored secretly in a place where the neighbors cannot find such Files. How it is possible, Sir? Your detailed reply may be helpful to me, Sir?
Well i guess there are file hiding softwares available on the net which can be used to hide desired files or folders....u can also do this by right clicking on a file or a folder and go to properties and then select the hidden option in it and press ok...and ur file is hidden Wink
Remember if you do that, and you have set Windows not to show hidden files and folders, you will not be able to see the folder yourself and you will have to toggle the show/hide option everytime you want to access it. A better option would be to use the third party software like allwyn said. There are tons of them available on the Net, all you have to do is Google for it and pick your software of choice.
