I mean, do you want to protect it from being written again, or do you want to stop files from being copied and used? the first one is simple, whatever your burning software is, check the finalize disc option. The second one is difficult, and only people like game developers use it for protecting them from being copied.

You can do one thing. Before burning the data use WINRAR and give it a password, then burn it.
