writer is not working fine

i am having writer when i am connecting it i saw writer in my computer but when i insurt the cd into the writer writer can't read it but when i connect it to other computer it is working properlly,
driver is correrct Samsung CD/rw

Does this happen with specific cd's or all cd's....also how old is Ur writer????

If it happens with a specific disc then might be the dics fault but if with all cd's being rejected then the lens must have been worn out.....in that case no other option but to change the Writer

Hey Andy he says the writer is working properly on other computers so the problem isn't with the writer. I guess there must be some problem with the system.
