Word Password Lost....URGENT HELP`

guys i've lost the password of ma document in MS Office 2007...it was saved in office XP mode...

How can i recover it...???

how long is the pw string?

anything more than 3-4 characters and ur pw may need a cluster of computers workin days on end to crack it
