legally, microsoft doesnt allow this,so there are no convertors. but there is a time taking way that i have found out.
u need a burning software, say nero
burn the wma files as an audio cd into a rewritable disk or as an ISO or NRG image. if u created an image, mount the image using a virtual cd or the nero image drive.
now rip the cd(virtual cd or rewritable) using winamp or wmp or any other software
hows that???

The Long Way

Hi All

maybe MS doesnt allow WMA -> Any Codec compression, but there exists a long way...

if you got winamp, do the following:

1. Select the Disk Writer Output plugin
2. Play the song
3. After song ends, u may return to default output plugin
4. Open the new recorded song, saved on disk, by default wav format
5. Use any compression software, like Audiograbber, LameFE... and compress it into mp3.
6. Say Thanks to Winamp

u'r done buddy
