yep u r right. but i get less resale value then same price android device .
true, that could happen, but when you sell a 15 month old android, people don't buy it expecting an update, so it could go either way

so new apps have to be complied for WP7 as well as WP8. Not all DEVs will do so. Cause its definitely not as simple as compiling. they have to rewrite some amount of code and do testing on both WP7 as well as WP8.
BTW, Will WP8 support 1080p video recording? this part was never mentioned in any of the articles i check.
