Same here. After the Bluetooth incident I totally avoid Windows Updates. I never encountered virus except once by accident and once deliberately but that was during my Windows 98 and Me days. A good free antivirus like AVG updated regularly (automatic), a working spyware (Spybot SD) and firewall (Comodo) do all for me.
