WIndoes can't detect any pen drive

I have recently installed Win 10 by formatting the PC. Now when I am trying to connect a pen drive, it is not able to detect it. I think the software is corrupt or deleted.

As that PC does not have a internet connection, I am unable to download usb drivers, so can anybody tell which usb driver should i download to install on the PC so that the PC detects the pen drive ?

try device manager... (right click on "my computer>manage")
try scan for hardware changes, uninstalling driver, reinstalling driver...

But i donot have the driver for it and also cannot download the driver as the PC is not connected to internet.

Yes already done that....I checked the device drivers and it says that it needs internet connection to download drivers.
