Wierd Problem

Whenever i turn off or restart my pc the computer doesn't turn off completely but instead it show a black with a cursor on it and remains as it is untill i manually turn it off .

Reinstalling the OS is only perfect solution to get rid of this problem. I mean fresh installation of OS your are using.

I think there is some problem with registry. Cleaning regitry may solve your problem. But as I hv already said before, reinstalling OS may fix your problem permanently.

Becoz I have faced same problem too.
