Ah! Only one cabinet/chissis fan? I've hit the correct reason.
One thing I would like to ask: which cabinet are you using?

Noticed that the cooler is showing Cooler Master logo . Shouldn't it be showing Intel logo if it's stock cooler ?

If it's a OEM/Branded pc then it's OK ir else yur assembler might have screwed up the stock cooler and used this coler which are around Rs. 250 - 300 / piece

Don't know about that . But I have a small fan on the cabinet also ( Chassis fan ? ) .

better would be if you can post some pics of your cabinet.

The cabinet is of wipro model wiv37555. ( The pc was a wipro pc , later lightning took my motherboard and psu to its grave ) . Later I purchased components but using old cabinet itself .

I will work on taking pics ( my mobile cam is not that good )

Max budget?? It should be ~2.3K to get a good chassis.

My suggestion would be:
NZXT Source 210 @2.4K
That is the best cabinet in terms of performance & also in terms of design available in the market.

And please don't waste your money by buying a cheap 1K Frontech/Intex/I-ball/Zebronix cabinet. All of then have really bad design in terms of airflow.

if you need to get a cooler consider getting CM Hyper TX3 priced arund ~1.3k.

Which one is better - tx3 or hyper 212 evo ?

There is no good cabinet under 2K.
That cabinet I've mention is the minimum choice to get very good airflow along with some added features like front panel USB3, cable management etc.

About cooler: Hyper 212 EVO is far more superior than TX3. And price of 212 EVO is also greater than TX3.

@ Allu Azad - for a under 2k cabinet get CM Elite 350 ( without the PSu ) :

Price should be around ~1.65k.

^^ I've not seen that model at any shop at Kolkata. So I guess it may not be available in India.

Will buying a Second hand Core2Quad q8300 at 3.5k will be better for my computer ? ( a digitian is selling this )

I checked the spec and it runs in 1333fsb , so will it improve the performance in my system ?

Upgrading from E2220 to Q8300?
You can easily understand the increase in performance by yourself.
But please look at the supported processor list in the motherboard site before purchasing the new processor.

And your question about TX3, and your present cabinet? Well... that can't be answered I suppose.

Hyper TX3 Evo is 135 mm taller - so most of the standard sized ATX cabinet should house this without any issue.
