Which Mobile brand you trust for Smartphones

Hi , with the explosion in the smartphone market, every manufacturer worth his salt is jumping onto the bandwagon. Almost everyone is offering smartphones across a price range.

The purpose of this thread to get a feel of the brands which are trusted by consumers when it comes to smartphones. In order to select an option in the survey, ask yourself the following question

"Given same features and same price, which is the brand i will choose for my smartphone?"

The answer to this question should be selection in the survey

Same features and same price is a big thing to say. After that it is really very personal to choose among the mentioned brands. My mind says I should select Apple but my heart goes with Nokia

there will be a lot of phones withsimilar specs from different manufacturers..what matters is the after sales support.

'Trust' means After Sales Support, Firmware upgrade, Bug fixing and etc..
So I voted for hTC. Blackberry and Dell ( new, but I have faith in'em) are also great.
What I can tell from my previous experience the most non trusted brand would be 'Samsung'.
And BTW- Did I see right? You chose Videocon, Micromax !!! Jeez..

HTC for me
Only brand that is regular in updates; wildfire, aria, desire legend all got their respective froyo upgrade.
Whereas samsung, motorola and sony ericsson just claims pompously but don't fulfill it.

I find it quite interesting to see no votes for Blackberry so far. They are renowned for their smartphones. For my work purpose, I do use a blackberry and the Email integration and Messenger integration is just fantastic. Having said that, the OS could do with big usability improvement and polish.

You are right, BB does have a great capability on works, BES is just awesome, I still miss my 9000, but as for the word 'Trust' hTC will have the vote over BB or any brands for that matter, atm.
You still haven't said why you put 'Videcon' and 'Micromax'? Didn't you feel it is too much early!!

I would vote for Nokia coz there smartphones r very usable...And I havent used any other companys smartphone yet...have used 3 nokia smartphones

Yes but they could be well replaced by HP Palm or Garmin or Acer or Microsoft, don't they?
