Which is better GTX 560TI OR GTX 470

I am getting second hand gtx 560ti and gtx 470 at 10k on olx.in....for which card should i go?i have 500watt current smps.i can increase my smps if required.

^^ None. Don't get either of them. Save up and get a 7850 or gtx 660. They will cost you 3-4k more and are much more powerful.
They also consume much much less power.

P.S. olx is not a good place to but a card from.

that's not gonna a hold - you better post your config details and ttal budget for the PSu+GPU to get proper suggestion.
