I think no thermal paste is available in Kolkata, mainly AS5, u have to order it or get it from Mumbai.

But u can also wait for a positive answer

Whatever, I do not believe in the costly so called special grade branded thermal paste unless you constantly keep scorching and stressing your CPU.
I have been using the ordinary heatsink paste available in any electronic components shop - that which one normally uses with Power Transistors, costing about Rs. 10/- - and have had no problems.

48c seems fine for an o'clocked proccy. BTW, it summer and temps are bound to be high. What's the load temp?
As for Thermal paste, its hard to find it in kolkata. Try buying online from www.sidewindercomputers.com
