what port is this?

guys i have this old gadget which connects to the computer with this strange looking, may be outdated, port. if anyone has any idea about what is this port called then please let me know coz i want to buy a usb to this so called port.

Looks like a camera or photo printer port. But i could be wrong. What's the old gadget again?

dont know what port... but browsing the net came across
