Its really good for health, just see the nutritional data. Lowers cholesterol too and good alternative to bovine milk sans the bad fats. I prefer staeta/godrej soy milk natural after workout. Basically you get enough protein from it.
In morning i go for malt or kesar pistachio flavor. Malt flavor tastes best. Chocolate flavor is rated lowest by me.
Malt>>>kesar pistachio>>chocolate

I m on a veggie diet on weekdays, so far seeing good results. Its like my arms are with minimum fat around. Looks chiseled and solid.

I'd take soy milk over fruit drink/juice anyday. Though banana, mango and butter fruit shakes r awesome too but no protein.
