I need a webcam for normal chatting with my family members. No need of HD chat. Taking into account I use a data card with fluctuating speeds 512 Kbps average should I go for good branded webcams like logitech, creative etc or cheap desi brands will do ??
IMO you should search for (non-HD if budget is less) logitech or branded company webcam....
These frontech and techcom webcams have very bad quality video and in low light the video becomes horrible....
budget is not concern. I want good visibility in low light. I am using BSNL EVDO internet, max speed 2.1 Mbps (officially). But speed fluctuates. Sometimes get even 20 Kbps. So if I buy HD webcam, can I chat without distortion.
