I have checked the specs of HTC Incredible S looks good what u say?
Should I wait for 1 month for new phone launch.

Incredible S is a very good phone, I own it and I am very much satisfied with it, considering that it is now available for around 18k only its a very good deal.And also it has vanished from local market now and you can but it online only, so people thinking of buying should but it as soon as possible another it will be out of stock on websites also.
Even for 17k One V is a great phone.

@17k is HTC One V worth I mean no other neck to neck phone in the price range with One V?

Incredible S is old but 0.3" makes a difference.

with Android always try going for the biggest screen you can afford.

And also 8MP camera with dual LED flash with a 1.3MP front facing camera makes a difference too.

But now Incredible S price has been hiked on saholic too and the listing on ebay which quoted around 18k has also expired.

One S? its yet to be launched.
Read that One V has Corning Gorilla Glass. Actually all mobiles over 15k from HTC has Gorilla Glass. GSMArena doesn't mention that.

One S is not launched yet, but it will be priced around 25-28k.
ANd One V has gorilla glass I guess which is also scratch resistant but these things are not much resistant, one has to use a scratch guard

so I have dropped the idea of Neo V after reading reviews of HTC One V.
so far I have these in my mind
Incredible S,HTC One V,Sony Xperia Pro (qwerty keypad) & HTC Sensation

the only downside of One V is no video calling

@Zangetsu- I would say remove Xperia Pro from your llst, these external keypads give problem after some time, so if you wish to use the phone for like 1.5-2yrs then don't even think of that.

And please try to post a review if you can,it will be really helpful to many.And I think you could get it for a few hundred bucks less.....
And you don't need a cd, you can connect it in mass storage mode.
