Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen

Most probably browsing the internet, watching videos and light photoshop for fun
5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Doesnt matter
6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
I want to buy it local but if i find it cheaper online i will definitely buy . I am looking for an ultrabook and if i get it in this budget it will be really great. I will be buying it at the last week of August. So if there is any chance of price cut or launch of newer models it would be great. I am not really interested in playing games (even light gaming) but having a GPU is a bonus and 3rd gen core processor is a must.
BTW i have just passed class 10th this year and i will get about Rs. 20000+ from the Assam Government Everybody who passes with first Division in 10th in State Board are eligible for this
