Video conference with abu Dhabi- Yahoo Messenger banned

Earlier i used to have video chat with my sister at abudhabi with Yahoo Messenger, but YM is not banned, can any one suggest any other method of Video Chat with abu dhabi.

I think they've blocked all these - msn, yahoo, skype. If anyone manages to talk on the net successfully with U.A.E. let me know
