one more thing
will HD 7950 vapor x fit in my motherboard (intel DH67BL) and my cabinet ( corsair 500R)

Sapphire HD7950 Vapor-X Boost Edition is rs20800 in Vedant computers,confirmed the price 2 days ago,grab the card card,its very good,your psu will easily handle it.
I also have corsair gs600 and it handles my gtx570 easily,so you don't need to worry about the psu part.

i am not worried about psu... i am worried about my motherboard and cabinet...

500R can fit almost any gpu out there so dont worry about it and yes your motherboard will easily support the HD7950 boost but if some sata ports gets blocked then use the right angled sata cable.
