upload file from mtnl

i read some post and internet that mtnl is not charge u for upload
is that means if i upload file in rapidshare or any other file share site i cannot charge for it ???

I am not sure abt this.......better do a trial.
Just upload a small file..than chk ur usage.

Impossible. If it's free it wud have some drawbacks.

no,they will count upload also.
