upgrading my graphic card

i have amd athlon x2 64 2.9 ghz cpu with a gigabyte ddr2 MOBO

9400gt zotac graphic card...

i want to upgrade my graphic card in order to play all the latest games....
is ther any need to change the mobo and cpu???

Also need a required PSU....
suitable fr multitasking....

No Budget ? Get GTX 670 - high end gpu

an HD 7750 would be my recommendation, it doesnt require a high end psu, it can even makedo with crap zeb/intex psu

why stop at GTX 670..get GTX 690 or 7990

@OP, make a overhaul if you can, else i think 7770 will get bottlenecked..you ca do with 7750 if you wish..but my recomendation goes for complete overhaul..also please mention your psu!!
