unable to update Norton

hi friends
i have norton antivirus 2003 product. i am going to update it but its failed.
the site of norton and symentec is also not opening in my pc in any web browser.
plz help and also provide me any other link for defination if available.

what do you mean by update??? update thru LiveUpdate?? if yes, let me know the error message you get when you try to update.
