You cannot fiddle with System Primary partition(c drive basically) while you are logged in ,anyway.Remember that.
Use Gparted Live CD/USB iso.

you can't resize volumes that way. you must give up some space from 100Gb if you want to add it to the C drive. when i am using pc i'll demonstrate it for you.

OK

The thumb rule is: [ when you want to extend any partition ]

1. The Unallocated space should be next to partition you want to extend.

For example if you want to extend C: then the unallocated space should be immediately next to the C: partition.

[The built-in Disk Management only can extend volume to contiguous unallocated space, which is what I just said above.]

To solve your problem you need to do the following:

Easy Method : see this Link

Caution : [ Please backup imp files ]

Your Hard disk's partition structure doesn't look good to me. Free space must be next to the partition which you want to resize.
Managing partitions will be much easier if you use Linux, GParted LiveCD/USB.
I would suggest you to boot up from GParted LiveCD/USB and execute this command in its Terminal :
Code:
fdisk -l
Post output here.
